* The rounded, curved design of the benches often feel as it you are sitting inside of an embracing hug.
* A cob bench can also be sculpted inside an existing house, with radiant heat set directly into the cob.

Most cob benches have a simple roof structure installed over it so it can be enjoyed during the rain,
and it will last longer if protected.
